Combat!

Cover commission and promotional card for the republished pulp magazine Combat! volume 2. The historical illustrations I have done over the years are very few and far between, but I decided I should have a sample here. I approached the cover here, as if I was to illustrate the box for a plastic model kit. I was always fascinated by the classic box illustrations of plastic kits, and after all these years as a modeller and illustrator my fascination for them has not diminished a bit.
